The information we collect in the process of your creating your bespoke, personalised Reply Letter(s) from Santa and/or your Good List Approved Medal(s) and Certificate(s) will be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. The information you enter will be stored as you progress your order. By deleting an order item (i.e.letter or Good List Approved medal and certificate) you can remove the information from the server.
Your e-mail address and other contact details will not be passed on to any third party.
We do not send marketing emails. You may like to follow us on Facebook for regular updates throughout the year.
We may send you an email to help you complete an order if you have entered the details but have not paid for the order within 60 minutes. This is a one-off email to give you details of how to log in and complete an order. We will not send further reminders.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

Payments are processed securely by WorldPay and we do not have any access to your payment card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
We will hold your data for a period of 2 years from the Christmas it relates to. You can request that it be deleted at any time and we will do this promptly for you.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. We may also use software called MouseFlow which enables us to find and resolve potential problems with this website. MouseFlow is used for development purposes only to help improve the customer experience whilst on this website.
