We are aware that, in previous years, letters have taken a couple of weeks to arrive after the POSTING date.

Unfortunately this is completely out of our control and is down to the Royal Mail's sorting system and the volume of post at this time of the year.

If your letter has not arrived within 14 days of being posted, please contact us and we will be happy to resend it (before the relevant last posting date).
